Pedro Mendonça Cavalcante, Secretary of Brazil's Ministry of External Relations, is the latest expert to outline nwe approaches to investment treaties as part of an ongoing series of videos entitled New Thinking on Investment Treaties.

In the video, entitled “The Investment Cooperation and Facilitation Agreement – A New Approach to Investment Treaties", Pedro Mendonça Cavalcante discusses the key clauses of the IFCA and draws comparisons with bilateral investment treaties.
