There's a simple way to protect the NHS from US trade negotiators
Emily Jones has written an article for The Guardian arguing that the UK government should seek to pass laws to ensure the NHS is kept 'off the table' in trade talks with US negotiators. Other governments – including the US – routinely use constraints imposed by domestic law as a strategy in negotiations, and doing so would allow the UK to keep the NHS out of reach before formal negotiations begin.
