Carolyn Deere Birkbeck presents at launch of E15 work on Global Trade and Investment Architecture

On June 22, 2015 the work programme of the E15 Initiative's theme on the Global Trade and Investment Architecture was launched at a working dinner hosted by Jonathan Fried at the Official Canadian Residence in Geneva. GEG Senior Researcher Dr. Carolyn Deere Birkbeck, who is a convenor of the theme on the Global Trade and Investment Architecture, presented her draft paper providing an overview of the topic. Participants discussed Dr. Deere Birkbeck's paper, moderated by Jonathan Fried. 

This meeting was one of several expert conversations that will be organisd by ICTSD and the World Economic Forum as part of the E15Initiative to develop policy options on the future of the global trade and investment architecture in 2015 and 2016.
